About ThoughtX
What is ThoughtX?
ThoughtX is a network of focused, single-day conferences across three areas: energy innovation and transition, smart mobility, and sustainable infrastructure and resources. Each conference brings the operators, buyers, investors, and technology providers who can move one industry challenge into a single room.
What is the single-day format?
Rather than a sprawling multi-day agenda, each ThoughtX conference is one concentrated day built around a single industry challenge, with a senior, curated audience and time designed for real conversations and roundtables.
Where and when are the conferences?
Dates and locations vary by conference and are listed on the Upcoming Conferences page. Conferences run across the US, with 2026 and 2027 dates currently published.

How do I register to attend?

What's included in a delegate pass?
A delegate pass includes full access to the conference day, sessions, and networking. Specific inclusions vary by conference and are shown on each conference's registration page.
Can I get an invoice or pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Get in touch with your details and the team will arrange an invoice or alternative payment method.
Do you offer group rates?
Group and team rates are available for several conferences. Contact the team with the number of attendees and the conference you're interested in.

How do I sponsor or exhibit?
Sponsorship and exhibiting are arranged per conference. Request the media pack and the team will point you to the right event and build a package around your goals.
Speaking
How do I apply to speak?
We welcome operators, innovators, and investors with a strong point of view. Submit your pitch — you don't need a finished talk to apply.
Practical
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are covered in our Cancellation and refund policy. In short, passes are transferable, and refunds depend on how far ahead of the conference you cancel.
Do you cater for accessibility or dietary needs?
Yes. Let us know your requirements when you register or by contacting the team, and we'll make arrangements ahead of the day.
