1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.thoughtxchangenetwork.com and all associated conference websites operated by Thought Xchange Network (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Our Services

We organize and promote business conferences, summits, and networking events. Our services include:

  • Event and conference information, agendas, and speaker details.
  • News digests, subscriptions, and event updates.
  • Ticket sales and registration services.
  • Integration with third-party services such as payment processors, calendar tools, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and virtual event platforms.

3. Eligibility & Authority

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
  • If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Ticketing, Payments & Refund Policy

  • Processing: Ticket payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Ticket sales are managed directly by Thought Xchange Network.
  • Refund Schedule
    * 100% refund: Cancellation requested at least 12 weeks before the event.
    * 50% refund: Cancellation requested between 8 and 12 weeks before the event.
    * No refund: Cancellation requested less than 8 weeks before the event.
  • Transfers: Ticket transfers are permitted once per registration and are subject to administrative conditions.
  • Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by us, a full ticket refund will be issued.
  • Taxes and Fees:
    Ticket prices will include service, processing, currency conversion, and administrative charges.
    No local indirect taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax) are currently applied. The applicable tax rate is set at 0%.
    * Tax treatment may vary based on location, event format, and applicable laws. Taxes may be applied in the future if required by law and will be disclosed at checkout.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, labor disputes, power failures, or third-party platform outages. In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Thought Xchange Network and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or misuse Site content without prior written consent.
  • Marketing License: By registering for an event, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your organization’s name and logo for event-related marketing materials. Ownership of your intellectual property remains with you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with Site operations or security.
  • Introduce malicious software or code.
  • Use automated tools for unauthorized access or data harvesting.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thought Xchange Network from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under applicable laws in other jurisdictions.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
